Terms of Use

Last updated: 13 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of seospidie.com and its free tools (“SeoSpidie”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

SeoSpidie offers free tools that analyse public web pages and help you create files such as sitemaps, RSS feeds, product feeds and code snippets. The tools are automated: results are estimates and suggestions based on what a page contains when it is checked. They are not professional advice, and we can’t promise any particular search ranking, traffic, ad approval or business result. The site is provided “as is” and “as available”; we may change, pause or remove tools at any time.

3. Fair and lawful use

Use SeoSpidie for websites you own or manage, or that you have a legitimate reason to analyse — for example a competitor’s public pages. Please don’t:

  • use the tools to overload, attack or disrupt any website, or to collect personal data from other sites;
  • send automated or bulk requests to our tools or try to get around our usage limits;
  • try to reach private networks, logged-in areas or anything that isn’t public through our tools;
  • paste or submit content you aren’t allowed to share, or anything malicious;
  • use the site in a way that breaks any law or another website’s terms.

We may limit or block access that looks abusive, to protect the service and the websites it reads.

4. Your content and the files you create

You’re responsible for the addresses and content you submit. We don’t claim ownership of it. Files and code the tools generate for you (feeds, sitemaps, robots.txt, schema markup and so on) are yours to use; please check them before publishing — especially product data, prices and availability, which must be accurate under the rules of the platforms you upload them to.

5. Other platforms and trademarks

SeoSpidie is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Pinterest, Microsoft, Shopify, WooCommerce or any other company whose platform our tools work with. Their names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to describe compatibility. When you use files from our tools on those platforms, their own policies apply.

6. Advertising and links

The site is free because it shows advertising (Google AdSense). Ads and links to other websites are provided by or point to third parties; we aren’t responsible for their content, products or policies.

7. Our site’s content

The design, text, illustrations, icons and code of seospidie.com belong to SeoSpidie. You may link to any page and quote short parts with a link back, but please don’t copy the site, its tools or its articles as a whole.

8. Responsibility

We work hard to keep the tools accurate and available, but they may contain errors or be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, SeoSpidie is not liable for any loss or damage arising from using, or being unable to use, the site or its results — including lost revenue, rankings, data or business. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the new version will appear on this page with a new date, and continuing to use the site means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent via the contact page.
